Coming from a COE (Center of Excellence) background, you will be responsible for designing and scaling rewards frameworks that sustain our competitive edge across India, SE Asia, and Latin America. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can bridge the gap between financial constraints and talent aspirations.

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy, managing annual cycles, optimizing benefits, ensuring compliance, and driving process excellence.

Qualifications : 6-8 years of experience. MBA (HR) from a Premier B-School is a must. A strong grasp of compensation and benefits and financial modeling is a must. Prior experience in Product-Tech, FMCG or E-commerce, or FinTech is highly desirable.
