Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting business operations by tracking key performance metrics, coordinating with field teams, maintaining hygiene parameters, managing incentives, and assisting in automation projects. This role will ensure seamless execution of targets, hygiene practices, and report enhancements to drive the growth and efficiency of the Consumer Durable (CD) business
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Track and measure key CD business metrics daily and provide actionable insights to the Product and Leadership teams.
- Coordinate closely with Field teams for FO (Field Officer) mapping and ensure target setting is aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Monitor and support adherence to hygiene parameters like eKYC, eMandate registration, Field Executive Monthly Incentive (FEMI), Semi-Annual Executive Monthly Incentive (SEMI), and overall productivity.
- Act as the maker for Field Team incentive workings, with HR acting as the checker for validation and payouts.
- Plan and roll out contests for the Field Team during the Summer and SON (September–October–November) peak seasons to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team and contribute to Tableau development projects for the automation of MIS reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, or Product roles, preferably in the NBFC or Consumer Durables finance industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience working closely with Field Teams and handling MIS/incentives is highly desirable.
