Senior Manager, Corporate Finance (Oil & Gas)

Our client is a diversified group with a growing portfolio of large-scale projects across the region. They are seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in financing, investment evaluation and strategic transactions. Prior experience within capex heavy industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support debt and equity financing transactions, working closely with banks, investors and external advisers.
• Develop financial models, valuations and investment analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships and corporate transactions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, investment committees and financing partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess commercial opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and financing options to optimise capital structure and funding strategies.

Key Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Development or a related field.
• Experience within capital-intensive industries such as energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, chemicals, utilities or industrials.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Track record of supporting or executing financing, M&A or investment transactions.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, lenders and advisers.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. CPA, CA or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
