Senior Manager, Creative | Holding | Corporate Communications
Role Summary
Own creative direction, brand expression, and creative quality across Corporate Communications outputs, ensuring every campaign, asset, event expression, leadership communication, social format, and multimedia deliverable is distinctive, consistent, audience-relevant, and aligned to MAF's brand identity and reputation objectives. The role provides creative leadership across channels while enabling faster, more modern, AI-assisted creative production.
ROLE PROFILE
- Define and lead the creative vision for campaigns, brand assets, content, events, and digital communications.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, accessible, and brand-aligned creative output across internal and external partners.
- Convert communication strategies into compelling campaigns, visual identities, storytelling frameworks, and design systems.
- Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Social, Events, and Leadership teams to address diverse creative needs.
- Implement AI-powered creative processes to improve ideation, design, production efficiency, and scalability while maintaining governance.
- Leverage campaign insights, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance creative effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain creative standards, design toolkits, and reusable assets to ensure consistency across all corporate communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Creative Direction, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in creative leadership and managing end-to-end creative functions.
- Strong background in brand design, visual identity development, and creative strategy.
- Proven experience in campaign development, digital creative execution, and multimedia production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners.
- Expertise in creative quality governance, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and high-quality output across channels.
