Senior Manager Development

Role Purpose

Support the planning and development of Cenomi's retail projects from concept through pre-construction, ensuring developments align with the company's commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day development management of assigned retail projects through planning, design, approvals, and pre-construction activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external stakeholders to progress projects in line with programme objectives.
• Manage the design development process, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, operationally efficient, and aligned with Cenomi standards.
• Support feasibility studies, development strategies, project budgets, and business case preparation.
• Monitor project progress, key risks, approvals, and critical milestones, providing regular reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and other business units.
• Support value engineering initiatives and drive continuous improvement throughout the development process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Finance or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–7 years (Manager) or 7–10 years (Senior Manager) of experience in retail real estate development or development management.
• Strong understanding of development processes, design management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial decision-making.
