Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital IT & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify, design, and implement innovative digital solutions that improve business processes and service delivery.
- Drive automation, digitization, AI, data analytics, and emerging technology initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs, from strategy development to implementation and adoption.
- Champion change management and ensure successful user adoption of digital platforms.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that create measurable business value.
- Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives and technology investments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and business modernization projects.
- Experience delivering digital platforms, process automation, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and customer-focused technologies.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, data analytics, automation, and digital innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.
