The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global governing body for the sport, which administers all aspects of international cricket.
We are currently looking for Senior Manager Digital Products, based at the ICC headquarters in Dubai, UAE. The role will Lead ICC's digital product ecosystem defining strategy, delivering high-impact digital platforms (ICC website, mobile apps, ICC.tv), and driving AI-enabled, data-driven innovation that enhances global fan engagement, commercial growth and organisational effectiveness.
The role will shape the next generation of digital experiences for hundreds of millions of cricket fans worldwide, transforming how they discover, follow, watch and interact with cricket. It will also play a critical part in modernising ICC's digital ecosystem by partnering with technology vendors, content teams, event operations and analytics teams to deliver integrated, fan-first digital solutions.

- Uses market trends, competitive insights, and data to prioritise investments and optimise fan experiences

- Designs experiences optimised for major global markets including India, Asia, United Kingdom, Australia and the USA.
Technical Competencies
Digital Product Management
- Leads full product lifecycle: discovery requirements design build launch iterate.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS, app frameworks, web performance, and fan engagement tools.
- Skilled in backlog management, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and cross-functional delivery.
- Familiarity with using AI technology to improve development processes, enhanced user experiences and improved business outcomes.
OTT, Streaming & Video Product Expertise
- Deep experience with live streaming, VOD, video players, content delivery networks, encoding and performance optimization.
- Manages vendor relationships, delivery pipelines, feature rollout, and QA processes.
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Experience
- 10+ years in digital product management, OTT/streaming, data product leadership, or digital transformation.
- Proven ownership of high-traffic consumer platforms (web/app/OTT).
- Expertise in video streaming, content management, fan engagement and personalisation.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, CMS, app frameworks, identity stacks (SSO/CRM), analytics, CDNs, Cloud and security.
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across editorial, engineering, commercial and marketing.
- Experience with global digital products, especially in South Asia, Asia-Pacific and Middle East markets.
- Understanding of sports broadcast models, live content workflows and event operations.
- Experience with gamification, loyalty, interactive features and fan engagement tools.
- Knowledge of cricket and its fan behaviour patterns.
- Fosters a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensures strong relationship with vendors and delivery teams.
- Ensures on-time, on-budget delivery for ICC digital products.
- Defines KPIs and success metrics for features, releases, and platforms.
- Growth in digital reach, usage and engagement across ICC platforms.
- Improved stability, uptime and performance during major events.
- Delivery of high-quality digital releases on schedule and within budget.
