Role Overview

Miral Experiences is looking for a Senior Manager - F&B Sourcing lead and shape the procurement strategy across our world-class attractions, parks, and destinations.

In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving category excellence, supplier performance, commercial value, and supply chain optimization across the F&B portfolio. You will leverage group-wide spend, lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies across:
• Fresh and perishable produce
• Ambient, chilled, and frozen goods
• Beverages
• Catering consumables
• F&B services
• Consolidate demand and spend across the business to maximize value and efficiencies
• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management
• Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardization, and supply chain optimization
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), ethical sourcing standards, and UAE food safety regulations
• Deliver measurable savings while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and guest experience
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise
• Champion procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• MCIPS qualification or CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply

Experience

• 6+ years of Procurement experience, with significant exposure to Strategic Sourcing or Category Management
• Minimum 3 years of F&B procurement experience
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE/GCC
• Proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, tender management, contract management, and supplier performance management

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in sourcing strategy development and execution
• Experience managing complex supplier and stakeholder relationships
• Strong leadership, planning, and performance management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
