Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to oversee the strategic planning, operations, and continuous improvement of a Facilities Management Centre. This role will drive operational excellence, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale facilities programmes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and service standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor facilities management programmes to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance planning, asset management, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and industry best practices.
• Manage vendor performance, contract administration, and service quality.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimisation.
• Lead, coach, and develop facilities management professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks to minimise operational disruptions and safeguard assets.
• Monitor programme performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Real Estate, or related environments.
• Minimum 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large-scale facilities operations, programmes, or portfolios.
• Possession of CFME Tier 2
• Workplace Safety-related certifications (e.g. WSH or FSM)
