Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Controllership

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's finance transformation strategy through digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the finance function.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, and regulatory reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making.
• Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, cash flow, liquidity planning, and investment governance.
• Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and business functions to enhance finance systems, integrations, and digital finance initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
