- Oversee the full fixed-asset accounting lifecycle, including capitalisation, classification, depreciation, impairment, transfers, disposals and reconciliation of the Fixed Asset Register with the General Ledger. Ensure capital expenditure is appropriately assessed and accounted for in accordance with IFRS, applicable policies and approved capitalisation criteria.

Lead the timely closure of external audit, internal audit, regulatory audit and other assurance findings relating to Financial Accounting, ensuring sustainable corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee financial reporting governance, including accounting policies, procedures and reporting practices, ensuring the consistent application of IFRS and appropriate treatment of significant judgements. Strengthen financial accounting controls by identifying reporting and operational risks, assessing control gaps and implementing remediation plans. Drive the resolution of historical accounting and reporting matters while maintaining the integrity and timeliness of the current-period close, including the development and implementation of appropriate accounting methodologies for complex areas such as corporate cost allocations and chargeback mechanisms.
