Senior Manager - Free Zone Operations

- Oversee and manage daily Free Zone (FZ) operations as agreed with the line manager
- Supervise FZ Operations staff, providing support as needed
- Assist the department in coordinating across government projects, ensuring that requirements are communicated and met promptly
- Monitor the technical operating infrastructure and collaborate with the IT team during BRD and UAT sessions to continuously enhance systems
- Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of requests
- Assist the line manager in maintaining up-to-date regulations, guidelines, and laws for free zone licensing
- Support the line manager in developing strategies for process improvements
- Develop team capabilities through knowledge transfer and training
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
- Handle additional responsibilities, managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
