Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive 0-to-1 partner acquisition and activation strategies for Valmo Logistics
  • Identify and solve high-impact problems affecting activation and retention
  • Lead performance tracking and RCA to optimize partner conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale solutions

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop roadmap and strategy based on partner personas and opportunity sizing
  • Lead initiatives in sync with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve activation
  • Ensure data-driven decision making to maximize partner engagement
  • Champion user research to inform problem discovery and solution design
