Job Description

We are supporting a confidential search for a Senior Manager HR Business Partner to support a complex and dynamic business environment.

This role goes beyond traditional HR partnership and requires a leader who can operate as a true business partner, combining commercial acumen, people leadership, and strategic influence across an end-to-end business unit.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to drive people strategy in line with business objectives, ensuring workforce effectiveness, engagement, and sustainable performance. The role covers full HR ownership across diverse employee populations and requires strong judgment, discretion, and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, contributing to workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational design aligned with commercial goals
  • Own end-to-end HR support for assigned business units, covering blue-collar, back-office, and corporate populations
  • Translate business and operational requirements into pragmatic HR solutions across talent, performance, engagement, and employee relations
  • Partner closely with leadership on people cost management, productivity, and workforce optimization
  • Support and influence leaders through change, growth, and operational complexity
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, governance, and best practices while maintaining a business-first mindset
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a credible advisor at senior level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a Senior HRBP or equivalent HR role, supporting full business units or divisions
  • Demonstrated exposure to end-to-end HR operations,including people management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
  • Health-sector experience is a strong advantage, particularly within regulated, operational, or labor-intensive environments
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in:
  • Workforce Planning (WFP)
  • Budgeting and people cost control
  • Supporting business and commercial decision-making
  • Experience working with diverse workforce populations, including blue-collar, back-office, and corporate employees
  • Exposure to multiple industries is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and versatility
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
