Our client, a large regional conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Manager HR, based in Dubai, to lead and drive the people agenda across the organisation.

This role will focus on managing core HR operations, driving performance management, employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will work closely with leadership teams to implement HR strategies, support workforce planning, and strengthen organisational culture.

You will also play a key role in overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and improving HR processes to support operational efficiency.
