Title: Senior Manager - HR Operations

Salary: AED 30,000 to 35,000 + Standard Benefits
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR or similar from a reputed institution.
- Must have exposure in managing a large headcount (average 4000+ employees) and lifecycle.
- Strong exposure to employee relations, labour compliance, and client handling.
- Experience in leading HR Operations / Compliance teams along with Tech / AI initiatives
- Preferred Industry: Staffing / Outsourcing / any Business Consulting Services
- Preferred Experience: 10+ years of HR Operations experience (Now in a managerial role heading the entire HR Ops)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Operations teams comprising Team Leads and HR Executives.
- Oversee employee onboarding, inductions, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Lead Operations teams including PROs, Typists, and Administrators.
- Act as the key SPOC for internal stakeholders on employee status and operational queries.
- Support business and support functions with timely and accurate workforce information.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, Freezone and Mainland regulations.
- Maintain company trade licenses and related government registrations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor multi-location teams.
- Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures.
