Ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable HR operations across the RME Region by owning HR systems, data, processes, and governance. The role provides the operational backbone that enables HRBPs and leaders to focus on business outcomes with confidence.
HR Systems, Data & Processes
- Own regional HR systems and data integrity (incl. RAMCO / MyPORT)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of HR data for decision-making
- Maintain and continuously improve core HR processes and documentation
HR Governance & Compliance
- Ensure regional adherence to global HR standards and local requirements
- Act as first line of control for HR policies, approvals, and process compliance
- Support audits, reviews, and risk mitigation activities
Execution Enablement
- Translate HR frameworks (Talent, Rewards, Org Design) into executable workflows
- Coordinate annual HR cycles (performance, merit, succession, workforce planning)
- Track execution readiness, dependencies, and risks; drive timely resolution
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Act as regional interface with Global HR Ops, IT, and external vendors
- Coordinate regional inputs for system enhancements and process changes
- Support HR transformation and change initiatives from an execution lens
Qualifications- Strong experience in HR operations, HR systems, or process governance
- Track record of managing complexity across regions and stakeholders
- High attention to detail with the ability to operate pragmatically
- Comfortable working in transformation and change environments
