About the Role

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE compliance programs across large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. You will ensure all operations align with local and international safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies - fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HSE compliance strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with UAE regulations and international best practices.

• Oversee risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.

• Drive safety culture initiatives across all levels of the organization, ensuring proactive risk management and operational safety.

• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to internal teams, contractors, and project partners on HSE standards and compliance expectations.

• Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and technological advancements to update compliance programs and ensure best-in-class practices.
