About The Role
Service Integration department ensure seamless integration of developed, SaaS and PaaS platforms with the Orange Business commercial ecosystem, to promote agility and digital transformation.
As the Senior Manager of Integration Build, you will lead the charge in developing innovative integration solutions that fuel Orange's business transformation, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience across varied platforms.
- The Senior Manager of Integration Build will define and implement the integration build roadmap in collaboration with architecture and product teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- You will oversee the design and evolution of integration systems using APIs, orchestration, and event-driven architectures, guaranteeing a seamless integration process.
- Timely delivery of integration components will be paramount, supported by robust testing, observability, and compliance protocols.
- Driving continuous improvement in development practices and platform performance will be key to your role, along with leading a skilled team across multiple geographies.
- You will coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, and Release Train Engineers to ensure readiness for Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Supporting governance circles and integration streams across SAFe Agile Release Trains will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.
About You
You are an experienced integration technology leader with over 10 years in IT integration or software engineering, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. With a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, you possess deep knowledge of APIs, iPaaS, and messaging systems, coupled with strategic thinking and adept stakeholder management skills.
Your professional skills:
- Candidates will need a deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, iPaaS, API gateways, and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with TMForum Open Digital Architecture and TOGAF frameworks will be crucial for effective integration management.
- Experience with the SAFe framework is highly beneficial for leading agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
- You should exhibit a strong command of design principles for integration systems and have demonstrated expertise in managing integration programs.
- A solid background in data security and compliance standards is necessary to ensure integration solutions meet regulatory requirements.
