ry
The Senior Manager Internal Audit is responsible for leading and managing the execution of the Group Internal Audit function across all business units, subsidiaries, and operating entities under the Group. The role supports the Head of Internal Audit by providing independent assurance and advisory services that strengthen governance, enhance risk management practices, and improve the effectiveness of internal controls throughout the organizati
on.Reporting to the Chairman, the incumbent will develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan, oversee complex audit engagements across diverse business sectors, lead special investigations, evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and ensure that operational, financial, and strategic risks are appropriately identified, assessed, and mitigated. The role is also responsible for supervising and mentoring the internal audit team, reviewing audit work, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality audit reports and recommendatio
