Job Title: Senior Manager Investor Relations
Location: Dubai
Objective:
- The Investor Relations will play a critical role in supporting the company's investor relations function by analyzing financial and market data, preparing investor materials, and providing key insights on company performance, shareholder activity, and industry trends.
- This role will work closely with senior leadership to enhance relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders by providing robust financial analysis and clear, strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Market Analysis (Primary Focus)
- Conduct financial modeling and earnings analysis to assess company performance relative to investor expectations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights on the company's performance, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Track investor sentiment, stock performance, and peer benchmarking to provide data-driven insights.
- Analyze quarterly financial results, earnings trends, and valuation metrics to support investor communication.
- Monitor analyst research reports, consensus estimates, and institutional investor activity to anticipate market reactions.
- Assess capital structure, debt levels, and financial KPIs to assist in investor messaging.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial impact assessments related to business changes, M&A activity, and strategic initiatives.
Investor Relations Support
- Prepare earnings call materials, including financial summaries, Q&A documents, and investor presentations.
- Assist in the development of quarterly earnings reports, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and press releases.
- Support IR team in responding to investor inquiries with accurate financial data and insights.
Industry & Competitive Benchmarking
- Conduct in-depth competitor and industry analysis, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and key operating metrics.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, reimbursement models, and macroeconomic factors that impact investor sentiment.
- Maintain an internal database of industry comps, earnings estimates, and valuation multiples to benchmark company performance.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with ADX reporting requirements, earnings disclosures, and corporate governance policies (if applicable).
- Assist in preparing investor presentations for conferences, roadshows, and annual meetings.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and legal teams to maintain consistency in financial reporting and disclosure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting, preferably in healthcare but not a must
- Advanced financial modelling skills (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, forecasting, and earnings tracking.
- Experience with capital markets, equity research, and investor sentiment analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in financial data tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar platforms)(preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models, revenue cycles, reimbursement structures, and industry KPIs(preferred).
