About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – IT Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives that accelerate business growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital transformation strategies, driving innovation, modernizing business processes, and enabling the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver high-impact transformation programs while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, and IoT solutions.
- Lead business process transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
- Manage enterprise digital transformation projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Drive organizational change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and digital capabilities.
- Establish governance frameworks, project priorities, and performance metrics for transformation initiatives.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through business intelligence, analytics, and digital reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, and other business functions to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate technology trends, market innovations, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage external technology partners, consultants, and solution providers throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor program performance, risks, budgets, and resource utilization while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Transformation.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale transformation programs and organizational change.
- Experience working with complex enterprise environments and cross-functional teams.
