Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients optimize their IT operations and services, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our IT consulting practice. Key Responsibilities: Consulting Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients in the areas of ITOM and ITSM. Lead consulting engagements, oversee project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and partner with clients to drive value-added solutions. Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITOM and ITSM solutions tailored to the client's requirements. Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Team Management: Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Manage team resources effectively to deliver on client commitments. Market and Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ITOM and ITSM. Share your knowledge with clients and the Deloitte team to drive innovation and excellence. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, participate in proposal development, and contribute to the growth of the IT consulting practice in Saudi Arabia. The Successful Applicant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on ITOM and ITSM. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex consulting projects in the ITOM and ITSM domains. Strong understanding of industry-leading ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in a consulting firm or a background in a Big Four firm is a plus. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or ITOM/ITSM vendor certifications are advantageous.
