Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations across multiple branches and depots in KSA. Ensures efficient, safe, and seamless operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation scheduling. Manages internal and external stakeholders to effectively meet the company's distribution and operational objectives.

Key Accountabilities

1- Warehousing Operations

  • Manage operations across all sites and branches, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Monitor warehouse staff activities, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for optimal productivity and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain organized, safe warehouse environments, maximize space utilization, and minimize product damage.

2- Inventory Management

  • Ensure accurate stock control through cycle counts, audits, and inventory adjustments to minimize discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring products are available for distribution.
  • Address inventory issues in real-time to prevent delays or shortages.

3- Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and quickly resolve any issues.
  • Implement real-time tracking and monitoring to keep customers and internal stakeholders informed of delivery schedules.

4- Transportation & Fleet Management

  • Plan and execute transportation schedules, optimizing routes and fleet usage to ensure timely deliveries across all locations.
  • Manage fleet condition and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are safe, available, and compliant with regulations.
  • Monitor performance of the transport team and service providers, addressing operational issues and ensuring safety compliance.

5- Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Act as the primary contact for logistics and warehousing issues, resolving challenges efficiently.
  • Liaise with branch managers and other departments to support logistical requirements.

6- Operational Reporting, System Utilization & Improvement

  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates within SAP to maintain current inventory levels, order status, and shipment information.
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Identify practical process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee and utilize SAP modules (WM, MM, TM) to streamline warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations.
  • Optimize workflows within SAP to enhance inventory control, order processing, and shipment tracking.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 810 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Must be advance in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
