Job Description

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a dual role in supporting departments/divisions through strategic and operational HR partnership while driving HR digitalisation and the enhancement of HR systems.

This role partners stakeholders to deliver people solutions across the employee lifecycle and acts as a key HR systems champion to strengthen HR processes, data integrity, reporting, automation, and employee experience through HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the evolution of TKG's HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS (BIPO) and future digital platforms.
  • Drive automation, AI-powered HR solutions, self-service capabilities and process redesign.
  • Lead system implementation, enhancements, user adoption and change management.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR solutions.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Drive organisation-wide HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
  • Explore emerging HR technologies and best practices to continuously enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with business heads to understand workforce needs and support recruitment planning.
  • Provide HR advisory and practical solutions aligned with business and organisational needs.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, and exits.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computing or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role with exposure to HRIS or HR technology.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Opportunity for conversion to a permanent role, subject to performance.
