Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory and compliance matters with a focus on Middle East jurisdictions (Dubai, Bahrain)
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and manage contract repository efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure business and align legal strategies with market trends
- Provide risk assessment and commercial legal counsel to support fintech and Web3 business operations
Role Responsibilities
- Manage legal operations related to Middle East laws, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with external counsels, partners, and vendors
- Maintain and optimize contract management tools and legal documentation repositories
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor team members to foster growth and legal excellence
