About the role:
The Senior Manager of Pre Graduation Partnerships leads the development, management, and expansion of AGF's strategic partnerships for Pre Graduation across the four pillars (Model, Partnerships, Communities, and Elevating Voices) while overseeing the successful direction and
execution of programs to ensure alignment with the Foundation's overarching objectives. The role strengthens collaboration, synchronizes delivery across AGF initiatives, and expands the Foundation's reach, adaptability, and sustainable growth.
This position plays a pivotal leadership role in aligning AGF's local and regional strategies, strengthening AGF's presence and partnerships across the education and human development ecosystem, and driving the Pre Graduation portfolio's contribution to scalable pathways in
collaboration with government, private-sector, academic, and philanthropic partners.
The Senior Manager oversees two Senior Specialists for Pre-Graduation Partnerships, as this is an innovative model that the Foundation is pioneering, piloting and building it in the UAE first in close collaboration with strategic partners before scaling and expanding across the region.
In support of the SVP, the Director participates in technical and programmatic forums on behalf of AGF, as delegated, reinforcing AGF's technical credibility in strategic philanthropy and operational delivery.
What you will do:
- Implement and adaptively execute AGF's Pre Graduation partnership strategy in alignment with SVP direction.
- Translate AGF's Pre Graduation priorities into structured, scalable partnership models piloted in the UAE and sequenced for regional expansion.
- Strengthening AGF's institutional positioning within the Pre Graduation and broader education ecosystem.
- Ensure partnership efforts reinforce coherence across the four pillars (Model, Partnerships, Communities, Elevating Voices).
- Lead and develop two Specialists Pre Graduation Partnerships, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and performance accountability.
- Provide structured coaching, oversight, and performance management to ensure high-quality partnership structuring and execution.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
- Allocate responsibilities strategically across Specialists based on partner portfolios and model priorities.
- Institutionalize structured partnership lifecycle management (identification, due diligence, structuring, monitoring, renewal).
- Strengthen integration of partnership workflows with Smart Systems dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
- Standardize partner engagement reviews, learning loops, and reporting mechanisms.
What you will bring:
- Master's degree in education, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in education partnerships, education reform, philanthropy, or human capital development.
- Strong understanding of Pre Graduation and early-stage education ecosystems.
- Strategic partnership development and negotiation capability.
- Financial stewardship and portfolio budget management.
- Systems thinking and cross-sector collaboration.
- Ability to translate innovative education models into scalable partnership frameworks.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
