The
Senior Manager - Performance & Business Transformation plays a critical bridging role between strategy, diagnostics, and on-the-ground delivery
Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Structured Analysis
- Conduct structured financial, operational, commercial, and organisational analysis.
- Support rapid diagnostic assessments to identify key issues, gaps, and value-creation opportunities.
- Assist in scenario definition, risk identification, and recommendation development.
Execution & Delivery Management
- Design execution roadmaps, dashboards, KPI routines, and tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and delivery pace.
- Manage performance routines, governance cycles, and progress tracking across transformation initiatives.
Leadership Support & Senior Reporting
- Prepare clear, well-structured, decision-ready materials for senior leadership and Boards.
Qualifications
- 710 years of experience in consulting, transformation, turnaround, FP&A, strategy, or performance management roles.
- Proven experience managing project delivery, tracking routines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational insight capability.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience in turnaround, transformation or performance-improvement engagements.
- Exposure to multi-business enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards, KPI models, or performance reporting packs.
