Our client, a leading conglomerate based in The UAEN is currently searching for a hands-on and results-driven Senior Performance & Capability Enablement Manager to lead the design and execution of performance management frameworks for a large, operationally intensive business.
The role
- This position partners closely with business leaders, HR team, and functional leaders to align talent outcomes with operational excellence and long-term capacity building
- Design performance frameworks aligned to operational KPIs, safety metrics, quality, cost, and delivery
- Manage large-scale talent transformation or system implementation projects
- Use people and performance data to identify risks related to attrition, bench strength, and skill gaps
Client requirements
- UAEN with a Fam book and with a degree in HR or Business, or related field
- Experience working with multiple locations, large headcounts, and operational leadership teams
- Proven track record of implementing performance and talent systems at scale
- Ability to align people processes with safety, productivity, and cost metrics
- Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce and performance data
- Ability to reduced risk from critical skill and leadership gaps
