Your New Role

As a Senior Manager, Process Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and operating the core Business Operations function. You will ensure the operating model, business processes, and organizational structure run with high efficiency, while acting as a trusted operational bridge between global headquarters, local innovation entities, joint ventures, and key shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Operations & Standardization: Build and operate the Business Operations framework, governance structure, and standardized SOPs to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Digital Process Innovation: Introduce automation, digital workflows, and modern collaboration tools to elevate agility, leading change management initiatives across the business.
• Multi-Stakeholder & JV Alignment: Serve as the primary interface for operational alignment and communication across international HQ, local joint ventures, and Saudi shareholders.
• Strategic & Business Planning: Support the development of mid-to-long-term business strategies, operational roadmaps, organizational planning, and executive agendas.
• Organizational Development: Proactively manage operational risks, build trusted partner relationships, document best practices, and coach internal teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business operations, business planning, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Joint Venture / Cross-Border Expertise: Proven experience operating within a JV, multi-stakeholder, or cross-border structure—preferably within the Saudi/GCC market or tech sector (Cloud, AI, digital infrastructure).
• Language Skills: Professional English fluency (required); Arabic proficiency (highly preferred for local stakeholder coordination).
• Cultural Intelligence: Exceptional cross-cultural fluency and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge international (specifically East Asian) and Saudi business practices.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Strong change management capabilities, proficiency with digital automation tools, executive presentation skills (MS PowerPoint), and resilience in fast-paced environments.
