Senior Manager – Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements.
- Lead procurement planning for construction projects, fit-outs, infrastructure, facilities, and corporate requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and procurement optimization across projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues.
- Maintain an approved vendor database and ensure supplier compliance with contractual and quality standards.
- Manage the complete tendering process including RFQs, RFPs, bid analysis, commercial evaluation, and negotiations.
- Review and finalize procurement contracts, purchase agreements, and service-level agreements.
- Coordinate with legal and project teams for contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support project timelines.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure effective cost management.
- Analyse market trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities to maximize commercial value.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and management dashboards for leadership review.
- Support finance and project teams in budget forecasting and procurement planning.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure procurement alignment.
- Support senior management with procurement insights, strategic sourcing recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout project execution.
- Ensure procurement processes adhere to corporate governance, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and records for audits and reporting.
- Monitor contractual obligations, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of procurement experience in real estate, construction, or property development companies.
- Strong experience in procurement planning, contracts, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.
