Job Role/Objectives:
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager – Wellness to lead the Fitness & Wellness vertical within the Pura ecosystem. This role owns the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution across key modules including PureScore, Digital Twin, Nutrition, Fitness, Wearables & Challenges, FitCoin Rewards, and Onboarding & Sign Up.
You will manage a team of 3–4 Product Managers and their respective cross-functional squads, ensuring delivery excellence, user growth, measurable health outcomes, and commercial impact. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership across clinical, growth, partnerships, and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Pura's Fitness & Wellness vertical
- Define the long-term evolution of PureScore, Digital Twin, and personalisation capabilities
- Drive engagement and behavioural change through Nutrition, Fitness, Wearables, Challenges, and FitCoin Rewards
- Optimise onboarding journeys to improve activation, retention, and data completeness
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3–4 Product Managers across multiple squads
- Align product initiatives with commercial, clinical, and B2B/B2G growth strategies
- Partner with Data & AI teams to embed advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and behavioural nudges
- Define and track KPIs across engagement, health outcomes, and revenue contribution
- Present product strategy, performance, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and board stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data governance and privacy regulations

Nice to have:
- Experience in AI-driven health personalisation, digital twins, or predictive health modelling
- Knowledge of wearable APIs (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, etc.)
- Experience in rewards ecosystems or gamified engagement platforms
- Exposure to regulated healthcare environments (UAE/MENA preferred)

Academic/Skill Requirements/Experience Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, or a related field
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2-3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience leading multi-product ecosystems in health tech, fitness tech, or consumer platforms
- Strong understanding of behavioural health, gamification, digital engagement, and wearable integrations
- Demonstrated experience managing product managers and cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience owning product KPIs including MAU, retention, engagement, conversion, and monetisation
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging product analytics tools
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and product operating models
