A utilities developer in Dubai is seeking a Project Finance Manager with strong experience in financing power and water infrastructure projects. The role will support the structuring, modelling and execution of project finance transactions, working closely with lenders, advisors and internal investment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project finance modelling, financial analysis and funding structures for power and water infrastructure projects
- Support debt raising and financing processes with commercial banks, DFIs and financial institutions
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models and investment analysis
- Support financial due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist in negotiation of financing agreements, term sheets and loan documentation
- Coordinate with legal, technical and financial advisors during financing processes
- Prepare investment committee and internal approval materials
- Maintain relationships with lenders, partners and financial stakeholders
Requirements:
- 812 years experience in project finance, infrastructure finance or investment roles
- Strong experience within Power, Energy, Water or Utilities sectors
- Proven exposure to project-financed infrastructure assets
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Experience working with banks, lenders and financial advisors
- Exposure to PPP or large-scale infrastructure financing structures is advantageous
Language Requirements:
- Arabic Fluent (reading, writing and speaking) preferred
- English Fluent
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Master's, CFA or similar finance qualification preferred
