About the Job:
- Support the planning and delivery of Master Community infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewage, waste management, district cooling, and telecom networks.
- Develop project feasibility studies, budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts, and profitability projections.
- Coordinate with government authorities, utilities providers, consultants, and contractors to secure regulatory approvals and ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and approve infrastructure designs, drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and project documentation; lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams.
- Support tender preparation, evaluation, cost estimation, and contractor/consultant selection for infrastructure works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Manage project variations, technical issues, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of critical risks impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
- Monitor project budgets and actual expenditure, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial control.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying international best practices, relevant standards, and improved processes across infrastructure project delivery.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent engineering qualification with a successful track record in infrastructure and utilities design.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience, including 4+ years in a senior managerial role within infrastructure for a property developer, municipal authority, city community, or major utility provider.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, budgeting, and financial control.
- Ability to create and manage project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external parties.
