Senior Manager, Proposition & Business Development.Injaz - RBG - Private Banking Head & Central Team

1. Proposition Management –Managing proposition for Private Banking including client acquisition retention, brand positioning & visibility, campaigns, marketing, events, publications, awards, comp scan & enhancement of value proposition in line with vision of outstanding client experience.

2. Proposition Strategy Development: Competition gap analysis, focused group approach, service delivery model, customer experience, internal & external campaigns and alignment with other Products & proposition like Mortgages, Cards, Liabilities, Treasury etc.

3. Other Responsibilities:
4. POC from Private Banking to champion central projects and on collaborating with other team including BIU, CX, Marketing, Brand, Digital & Wealth Squads & Segment and Product teams to work collaboratively and ensuring process efficiency at all times

5. Interact closely with CX, technology, marketing, BIU, finance, operations, legal, risk, compliance, shariah etc. as required for all projects, processes and products related initiatives with an eye for digitizing the processes

6. Collaborate and Integrate with a powerful range of external partners to enhance the proposition and client experience and time-to-market.

7. Driving customer experience/engagement programs and events, tactical promotion to increase the client engagement for the segment

8. Agile mode of working and close interaction with relevant stakeholders

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. At least 10 years of relevant banking experience out of which at least 2-3 years in a similar managerial position in UAE

2. Understanding of marketing & development across the various product life cycle stages & value proposition drivers

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships within & outside organization

5. University degree in a business discipline, post-graduate qualifications in business administration is preferred
