Senior Manager, Retail Design and Visual Merchandising

My client is a fast-growing premium consumer brand seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of physical brand environments and customer-facing experiences. This role will drive visual merchandising and retail design strategies, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across owned and partner retail channels throughout Southeast Asia and India.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial, retail, marketing, and regional stakeholders to align experience concepts and project requirements.
• Develop and adapt creative concepts for customer engagement initiatives, retail environments, temporary activations, and location launches.
• Translate global creative frameworks into meaningful local executions that support business and brand objectives.
• Produce design documentation and technical information required for project implementation.
• Lead projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, production reviews, installation oversight, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 7 years of experience in store design and visual merchandising within the luxury, beauty, or cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in creative and visualization software, including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
