Raya Trade; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Manager (Sales Distribution).
What will you do
- Responsible for all distribution, wholesale business.
- Set sales strategies & promotional program.
- Set directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Direct channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion and present it to the distribution director.
- Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results.
- Communicate the top management's plans and goals to sales specialist performs other related duties.
