Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted SAP advisor to C-suite client executives across the Middle East, building strong relationships to unlock short- and long-term value.
- Lead Digital Core and SAP S/4HANA implementations from initial scoping through testing, cutover, and hypercare stabilization.
- Establish and run Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) to ensure program quality, risk management, and high-impact delivery.
- Lead RFPs, proposals, and campaign/offering development to identify and grow client accounts across the region.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, mentor internal talent, and drive practice development through thought leadership, methodologies, and IP creation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise transformation, PMO/TMO leadership, and SAP technology consulting (major consulting firm background preferred).
- SAP & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate), and adjacent tech (Data/Analytics, AI, Process Mining).
- Delivery & Governance: Proven track record in program governance, risk management, organizational change, and leading multi-vendor/multi-shore teams in matrixed environments.
- Regional Experience: Middle East market experience required; Arabic language skills are a major plus.
- Certifications (Preferred): SAP S/4HANA or SAP PM certification; PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile equivalents.
