This role is being created to strengthen the COO Office's capacity to design and drive high-priority transformational and commercial initiatives across Presight. As the organization scales, there is an increasing need for senior strategic horsepower to translate leadership priorities into structured, executable programs.
The
Senior Manager - Strategy will provide experienced consulting-grade support to complex cross-functional initiatives, operating model evolution, and enterprise performance improvement efforts, ensuring initiatives are delivered with the rigor, speed, and quality expected at Presight's growth stage.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
You will play a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, including:
- Lead development and execution of key strategic initiatives within the COO Office
- Design operating models to support growth and delivery scalability
- Drive operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives across functions and projects
- Support commercial strategy initiatives, including market entry, growth strategy, and solution positioning
- Translate strategic priorities into structured workplans and delivery programs
- Work closely with product, technology, and delivery teams to ensure strategy is translated into execution
- Prepare senior leadership materials and support executive decision making
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
Expected deliverables include strategic assessments, operating model designs, transformation roadmaps, performance improvement plans, and executive-ready materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
- 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred)
- Strong experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects
- Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives
- Ability to work across both strategic and execution-oriented topics
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience managing workstreams and interacting with senior client stakeholders
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic environments
- Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform
