About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities to build a highperforming workforce that supports our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead endtoend recruitment for all functions, including senior and critical roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Manage sourcing channels including career portals, agencies, job fairs, and digital recruitment platforms.
- Oversee screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate assessment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely, highquality hiring delivery.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Support succession planning, workforce analytics, and manpower forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to the recruitment team.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including managing seniorlevel hiring along with HR laws.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, assessment tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and datadriven decisionmaking capabilities.
