In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead candidate profiling and sourcing activities across assigned business portfolios, ensuring talent pipelines are aligned with workforce plans, hiring priorities, and business requirements. Monitor recruitment performance against approved hiring plans, workforce demands, and key delivery milestones, identifying sourcing challenges, market constraints, and recruitment risks. Partner with business stakeholders and recruitment teams to review talent acquisition progress, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and implement appropriate sourcing, attraction, and candidate engagement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent and the achievement of recruitment objectives.

  • Lead and oversee recruitment delivery activities across assigned business portfolios, ensuring the effective screening, assessment, selection, and engagement of internal and external candidates in line with workforce requirements, governance standards, and approved hiring plans. Review recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, assessment outcomes, and hiring progress to ensure recruitment objectives, service standards, and budget requirements are achieved.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders and Talent Acquisition teams on candidate suitability, selection decisions, market availability, and recruitment strategies, supporting informed hiring decisions and the acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs.

  • Lead the development, review, and continuous enhancement of recruitment reporting and management information to monitor recruitment performance, progress against approved hiring plans, service delivery standards, and achievement of agreed targets. Define, track, and analyze key recruitment metrics, including hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, vacancy status, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline strength, and recruitment risks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business discussions and decision-making. Review monthly and quarterly recruitment reports, highlight key activities, trends, issues, and performance gaps, and recommend practical improvements to tracking methods, reporting processes, and recruitment delivery effectiveness.
  • Manage executive recruitment activities for critical and leadership positions across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to support talent identification, assessment, and selection processes.
  • Manage talent acquisition and workforce-related projects and initiatives, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered in accordance with agreed business objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role with experience in screening and interviewing methodologies and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
