Senior Manager Technology

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Technology to lead a dynamic team of engineers in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and AWS, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage teams, stakeholders, and complex project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous technical growth.
• Well versed in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and AWS.
• Review code, resolve technical challenges, and provide hands-on guidance to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide estimations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience in stakeholder management, project estimation, and technical reviews.
• Drive best practices in software development, including CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
• BFSI domain experience is a strong plus.
