Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition and migration programs. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities, experience managing global transitions, and a solid understanding of the Insurance domain. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transition and migration projects independently from planning through execution.
• Drive project delivery using strong project management and change management practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Establish project governance, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future transition programs.
• Conduct training sessions on transition methodologies and project management practices.
• Continuously improve transition frameworks, processes, and delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Transition/Migration Management.
• Strong experience leading global transition or migration projects independently.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Excellent project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• PMP Certification (preferred).
• Experience working with global teams and international clients
