About this Job:
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager - Valuations & Real Estate Strategic Consultancy oversees and drives the operational performance, strategic growth, and professional standards of the Real Estate Advisory.
This role ensures efficient workflow, high-quality deliverables, compliance with RICS standards and company policies, and seamless coordination between valuers, advisors, and cross-functional teams.
The position is responsible for operational planning, resource allocation, process optimization, business development, client acquisition, and supporting the department in achieving commercial and strategic targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
· Lead day-to-day operations for the Valuation and Strategic Consultancy Department
· Oversee project allocation, timelines, and workload distribution across teams
· Ensure all valuation reports, advisory deliverables, and submissions meet internal and external quality standards
· Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
· Monitor team performance, KPIs, and utilization rates, and provide regular updates to senior management
Strategic Coordination
· Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, BD, and PM departments to support staffing, budgeting, and resource needs
· Support department heads in planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
· Drive operational readiness for new projects, RFPs, and major client engagements
· Lead initiatives to enhance client experience, internal communication, and service delivery
· Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly
Team Development
· Mentor and guide operations coordinators and junior staff supporting the department
· Foster a culture of continuous professional development and RICS compliance
· Build and maintain high-performing teams aligned with departmental growth objectives
Professional Standards & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards, Red Book requirements, and professional conduct guidelines
· Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
· Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional behavior
· Ensure team members maintain appropriate RICS membership and CPD requirements
· Implement quality assurance frameworks aligned with RICS valuation standards
· Stay current with RICS regulations, Saudi frameworks, and international standards
Business Development & Growth
· Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across public and private sectors in KSA
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
· Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
· Lead department growth strategy and expand market share
· Oversee preparation of proposals, RFPs, and tender submissions
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
· Promote cross-selling and collaboration across departments
Revenue & Performance Targets
· Achieve annual revenue growth targets
· Increase client acquisition and expand active client base
· Improve client retention and repeat business
· Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
· MRICS or FRICS designation is mandatory
· 7–10 years of experience in valuation, advisory, or real estate services (KSA/GCC preferred)
· Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
· Strong understanding of valuation workflows, RICS Red Book standards, and reporting
Technical & Professional Skills
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools
· Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
· Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
· Deep knowledge of Saudi real estate market and regulations
· Strong commercial and financial acumen
· Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
