Role: Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're looking for a Senior Associate – Market & Customer Intelligence to join a leading real estate developer's Commercial Excellence team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping business decisions by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence across the UAE real estate sector, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support pricing and product strategies, evaluate project feasibility, and develop market forecasts that drive portfolio growth.

We're looking for professionals with:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate market research, intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Expertise in market analysis, sales performance analytics, forecasting, and feasibility studies.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Quanta, or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
