Job Purpose
The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving brand communication and managing social media presence to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, content creation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Brand Management
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with brand strategy
- Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and messaging across all channels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business announcements, campaigns, and initiatives
- Support PR activities, press releases, and corporate communications
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, stories, short videos) tailored to target audience
- Monitor trends and leverage them to enhance engagement and reach
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly
3. Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Work closely with operations and creative teams to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with external agencies (creative, digital, media) when required
4. Content Creation & Localization
- Develop Arabic-first content with strong cultural relevance to the Saudi market
- Ensure all marketing materials are localized and culturally appropriate
- Collaborate with designers and videographers for high-quality content production
5. Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular reports on campaign and social media performance
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications in Quick Service Restaurant/Food & Beverage Industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Creativity and content development expertise

- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms

- Experience in F&B or retail industry
