Job Purpose:
The Senior Marketing Associate for Pizza Hut brand will conduct end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, campaign launches, brand activities, and consumer insights & research studies across markets. This role is focused on consumer insights and research support, campaign execution, launch planning, and brand management, with a supporting role in reporting and analytics. The role ensures all initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across functions, and executed to the highest brand standards, contributing to the overall marketing objectives and brand growth of the organization.
1. Consumer Insights & Research Support
- Support the design, execution and management of quantitative and qualitative research studies (brand health tracking, concept tests, U&A studies, product and taste tests). Assist in research brief development, questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination and data validation, and coordinate with research agencies and fieldwork partners to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Analyze research data to identify trends and key insights related to consumer behavior, brand perception, menu innovation, pricing and promotions, and prepare clear insights summaries, charts and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends in the QSR and foodservice category, and support brand health tracking and customer experience research initiatives.
2. Calendar Planning & Launch Execution
- Support the development and management of the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign and product launches including creative development, supply chain readiness, packaging and procurement alignment, and launch timelines.
- Track progress with all stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery. Act as a key coordination point between Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners.
3. Brand & Campaign Management
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels. Coordinate and attend photoshoots, PPMs, and production sessions to ensure brand guideline alignment. Manage the creative development and approval process with agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure all campaign assets are delivered, shared, and executed correctly across markets. Maintain and organize the creative asset library and ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all initiatives.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports including sales tracking, PSDs, and sales mix analysis. Support in monitoring campaign performance and identifying key insights. Maintain trackers for campaign and launch performance.
5. NPD Support
- Support NPD initiatives through coordination, documentation, and tracking when required. Assist in product testing follow-ups and internal alignment. Provide basic reporting and support for product launches when needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or analytics roles
- QSR/FMCG/Retail experience would be a nice to have.
Skills:
- Ability to evaluate creative work (KV, campaigns, assets) and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Experience working with creative and production agencies including briefing and feedback processes
- Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
- Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
