Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their Leasing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social ads, retargeting) to ensure maximum ROI.
Oversee company website performance, SEO/SEM optimization, and content updates.
Analyze and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Offline Marketing:
Plan and execute offline campaigns including events, activations, print ads, and outdoor advertising.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and media houses for production and placement of offline materials.
Monitor offline campaign performance and ensure alignment with digital strategies.
Coordinate BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
