Senior Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join a growing team in Dubai, UAE!

Note: Logistics industry experience and a core marketing background are mandatory for this role.

The Role: Senior Executive – Marketing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Budget: Up to $3,000 USD (80:20 split)

Industry Experience: Logistics/Supply Chain (Required)

What You'll Do:

Drive Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Design and execute strategies to boost inbound and outbound B2B leads. Track, analyze, and optimize funnel conversions while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Own Social Media: Create and execute quarterly social media calendars, design engaging visual posts, and report on performance.

Manage Marketing Operations: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn), maintain the company website, and write copy for blogs.

Support Sales Enablement: Design high-quality artworks, and prepare winning customer proposals and business presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

A proven track record in marketing within a logistics or supply chain company.

Strong hands-on experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and running paid B2B campaigns.

Graphic design skills (for social media artworks) and strong copywriting abilities.

Analytical mindset to track, report, and improve marketing ROI.
