We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to manage social media, create AI-driven content, and execute offline marketing events across the MENA region.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can produce content consistently, use AI tools effectively, and manage marketing activities end-to-end.
Content Creation (AI-Driven)
- Create engaging content for social media using AI tools
- Produce:
- Educational posts (trading/markets)
- Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Carousels and static creatives
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Social Media Management
- Manage platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Track performance and optimize content
Events & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute:
- Seminars
- Client events
- Small-scale activations
Manage:
- Venues
- Suppliers
- Logistics
- On-ground execution
Lead Capture & Follow-Up
- Capture leads from events and campaigns
- Upload and manage leads in CRM
- Execute follow-ups (email / WhatsApp)
- Ensure no leads are lost
Tools & AI Usage
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and output
- Work with tools such as:
- Continuously improve workflows
Requirements
- 4-7 years of marketing experience
- Strong experience in:
- Social media management (hands-on)
- Content creation
- Experience organizing events (seminars, meetups, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing
- Experience in MENA region
- Arabic language is a strong advantage
